SAE INDIA formerly known as the society of automotive engineers India, is an affiliate of SAE International, a global association of engineers and technical experts  in the aerospace, automotive and commercial vehicle industries. SAE India collegiate clubs are student chapters affiliated with SAE India, operating within  various educational institutions across the country. These clubs serves as platforms  for students pursuing engineering and related disciplines to actively engage in activities related to automotive and mobility engineering.The primary objectives of SAE India collegiate clubs include skill development, knowledge sharing, competitions, networking and professional development.SAE plays a major role in bridging the gap between academia and industry, encouraging research and development, and supporting the growth of youth talent aspiring to make a mark in the automotive and mobility domains. Through its initiatives SAE India contributes to the advancement of technology, safety standards and sustainable practices in mobility solutions across India.
